Shearing Machines
The shearing machines manufactured at the state-of-the-art facilities
of our suppliers in Taiwan can be used to shear the loop irregularities,
hards or knots on the surface of fabrics. After shearing, the fabrics appear
straight and lustrous.
- Seam detector causes the shearing wedge to displace and return when seam passes by, to protect shearing cylinder.
- Scroll roller makes the cloth spread evenly for shearing.
- The three blade wheel beats the fabric for removing lint dust and the brusher can straighten up the loops to increase shearing effect.
- Shearing cylinder transmission has inverter control
- The actual and desired shearing thickness is shown by high precision LVDT display.
- The delivery speed of fabric is controlled by inverter and is shown through an LED display.
- To change direction and speed of grinding shearing cylinder, an auto horizontal motion device is used. This helps achieve the ideal grinding effect.
- Separative frame design to minimize transmission and inertia vibration and assure high precision shearing.
- The polishing device has inverter for variable speed adjustment.
- Polishing blanket can move forward or backward to adjust contact face.
- Electrical heating is used for polishing roller and the temperature is adjustable.
